Clover Hogan is a young climate activist from Australia. In this video, she recounts her journey into activism, from her childhood spent surrounded by an abundance of biodiversity, to her first frightened reactions when she watched videos showing man's attacks on the environment and biodiversity. As eco-anxiety rises among young people, Clover Hogan advocates with policymakers and businesses. From this, an observation is born in this committed activist. The despair gripping the youth and the denial exhibited by adults in the face of the environmental situation are similar and can both lead to inaction. Clover Hogan calls for taking responsibility for our way of thinking and questioning the narratives that give us a sense of powerlessness. By reversing these narratives, action will become possible.
