"HeatWave, My City Fights Back" is a simulation workshop created by the association CliMates in partnership with UNICEF France. In this activity, participants role-play as a city and take on professions such as grocer or pharmacist. They must utilize their skills to find solutions to counteract a heatwave threatening their city. Together, participants brainstorm innovative solutions to mitigate the impact of the heatwave and guide their city towards resilience. This workshop has two versions: one for young people aged 7 to 15 (version 1), and another for participants aged 15 to 77 (version 2). The workshop duration is 3 hours, with a minimum of 2 hours of facilitation. It can be conducted in person or remotely. To facilitate the workshop, it is necessary to coordinate through the CliMates association to arrange for a facilitator.
